Procurement policy
LLW Repository Ltd will be using a number of Procurement Routes in compliance with EU Legislation. These comprise:
- Contracts transferred to LLW Repository Ltd under the Nuclear Transfer Scheme, transferred at the time of Re-Licensing in July 2007
- Shared Service Alliance – currently a joint buying arrangement through NDA Site Licence Group of Companies
- Office of Government Commerce Solutions
- Direct Contracts and Local Sourcing
