Contract Amendment

LLW Repository Ltd intends to implement an amendment to the current Waste Services Contract to make the following changes as detailed in Customer Notice 11-13:

Revise the Service Pricing Model, including LLW Disposal pricing
Implement a new Waste Characterisation Service
Implement a new Transport Service
Implement a new Very Low Level Waste Disposal Service
Changes to the Waste Acceptance Prodedure; including relevant Forms and Templates

This amendment will come into effect from 1st April 2012. This will see all documents revised to Version 3.0 to reflect this change.

Implementation and Transition

As with the introduction of the Waste Services Contract, LLW Repository Ltd proposes to adopt a pragmatic approach to moving from Version 2.0 to Version 3.0 documentation. On this basis, we will allow Customers to use either version of the documentation until 30th June 2012 to minimise the impact on existing waste consignments and to allow time for Customers to incorporate any changes required in their management systems.

Customer Workshop
